How to book
Simply follow the 4 step booking process to arrange your video conference.
Step 1: Find a location
Select a country and city or enter the city name as a keyword right away.
Step 2: Select a center
Choose a location out of the locations that match your search criteria. For additional information about
the facility you click the button ‘View Venue Pricing & Details’. Click the ‘Book Now!’ button to proceed
your reservation.
Step 3: Customize your meeting
Select the day, check-in time and duration of your video conference. Fill in the call instructions to tell
Whygo who is connection to who and how. An explanation of fill-in fields can be found by clicking ‘click
here for explanation’ links after the various fields. Besides connection information the number of |
attendees is mandatory. In this step you can inform Whygo about extra equipment and catering
requirements.
Step 4: Confirm and book
Please check all information entered in the previous steps in the displayed overview. Fill in all required
fields for invoicing. Read and agree with the terms and conditions. Finalize your booking by clicking
the ‘Complete Reservation’ button.
You will receive an email saying the reservation has successfully been received. A confirmation will be
issued as soon as availability has been checked and the booking is secured.
